Feeling tense and tight? Join me for my in person MFR workshop and learn how to incorporate MFR into your routines and experience its powerful effects. MFR (myofascial release) is a therapeutic self massage technique, using balls, to optimise the hydration and the health of your muscles and fascia as part of your self care routine. Its main uses are to release tightness and relieve pain. It can also be used pre or post exercise, or anytime of day you are feeling stressed or tired to down regulate the nervous system. The workshop comes with a manual to help you incorporate MFR into your yoga practice or as a daily preventative or recovery routine. You can read more about MFR in my recent article.
