As a Yoga Medicine ® Therapeutic Specialist I offer private in person or online therapeutic classes to students focusing on supporting existing conditions, injury recovery and injury prevention. Yoga Therapeutics uses a range of techniques and practises to create a prescriptive programme to support all aspects of physical and mental health. Each individualised programme includes a combination of movement practices, myofascial release, breath work and relaxation. This includes an intake evaluation to identify areas of concern and goal setting, therapeutics private classes, and small home self practices to continue your progress between sessions. YOGA ONE TO ONE – PRIVATE CLASSES

As a RYT800hr certified yoga teacher I offer private in person or online one to one classes to students looking to develop and refine their yoga practice, in the comfort of their own home. Giving you the opportunity to learn the basics of yoga as a beginner, deepen your practice as a long time yogi or help you establish an independent self practice. Yoga is also highly regarded as a method for supporting athletic performance by improving endurance, focus, injury recovery and injury prevention.

As a Yoga Medicine ® Myofascial Release (MFR) teacher I offer in person or online corporate MFR classes & workshops. Keep your team motivated, energised and focused with this guided self massage practise. The perfect addition to your corporate wellness initiatives! MFR is used to release tightness and relieve aches & pain. It can also be used pre or post exercise, or anytime of day you are feeling stressed or tired.
